Taxonomy

The PathNav planning hierarchy: Vision → Pillar → Endeavor → Goal → Milestone → Task → Subtask, plus the orthogonal shapes (Habit, Recurring Task, Chronicle, Parked). Habits and Recurring Tasks can be optionally scoped to a specific Endeavor so per-project work (e.g. "weekly newsletter for SaaS A") stays distinct from per-project work on a different Endeavor.
